Why this initiative?

Novo Nordisk in association with The Times of India has come together to address obesity as a growing health crisis in India through the Choose your weight campaign. The initiative aims to spread awareness, support public understanding and advocate for preventive and supporting strategies towards weight management.

The initiative comprises of elements such as articles and expert talks. Together the aim is to bring together thought leaders and communities to take action for healthier lifestyles and sustainable wellbeing.

For people living with overweight and obesity weight management isn’t just about willpower — it’s shaped by your environment, your biology, and your genes. For many, it feels like a never-ending struggle — full of effort, setbacks, and sometimes even judgment.

Every journey is unique. But the goal is the same - to have the right guidance, options and power to make your own choices.
